Warning: this is addictive! Thick ‘n luscious Greek yogurt provides a smooth and creamy base for the feta. Dish up with pita wedges (or chips), use as a spread for sandwiches, or to add to a mezze platter with fresh veggies for dipping. It also makes a great base to dish up some roasted veggies. Double the recipe if you’re feeding a crowd. 


Ingredients

Toppings (optional): grilled pitas, chopped tomatoes, fresh basil 

Preparation
  1. Crumble feta into a high-speed blender or food processor. Add yogurt and dip mix. 
  2. Blend until very smooth. If mixture is too thick, thin with 1–3 tbsp milk or water. Taste and add pepper, if desired. 
  3. Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with oil. Serve with toppings, if desired. 
Tips

For a heartier punch, add a smashed garlic clove to the mix before blending.
